Plan B (emergency contraception or EC)
Over-the-counter Plan B is currently fully covered by Medicaid in the following states without prescription: HI, IL, MD, NJ, NY, OK, OR, WA. In most other states Plan B is covered by Medicaid with a prescription. Plan B may be available for free through your local Department of Public Health.
