This year, as we were thinking about how best to tell you about our work in 2011, we wanted to demonstrate that a small organization like ours can really make a difference.  As you read through our 2011 annual report, we hope you’ll see how our work reaches across the country and even across the world.

A big thanks to everyone who makes what we do possible:  our amazing staff, our hardworking board of directors, the dedicated clinicians we work with, our wonderful committed partners, and generous supporters (like you!).  Together we are creating a movement to transform healthcare in this country so that everyone can access the care they need from the clinician who knows them best.
