The Supreme Court of the United States released their decision yesterday in Trump v Pennsylvania allowing virtually any employer or university to exempt itself, for religious or moral reasons, from the Affordable Care Act’s mandate that health care plans cover contraception without out-of-pocket costs.

The Supreme Court of the United States released their decision yesterday in June Medical v Russo following the precedent set in Whole Women’s Health v Hellerstedt that the admitting privileges requirements place a substantial obstacle in the path of patients seeking abortion care, constitute an undue burden on abortion access, and thus violate the Constitution.
